Human Resources administers personnel policies and procedures, classification and compensation, performance management, benefits, and employee relations; supports County departments and agencies in recruiting, selecting, developing, maintaining an effective County workforce; and coordinates employee recognition events.

Our Mission

Through strategic partnerships and collaborations, the mission of Human Resources is to professionally implement the policies and decisions of the Board of Supervisors through recruitment of qualified individuals, retention of valuable employees, and to administer training, development, and education in order to maximize individual and organizational potential.
